What is your policy on returns?

I strive to ensure every piece brings joy to your home. If you need to return a standard item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent back in their original condition; the buyer covers return shipping and is responsible for any loss in value.

As my custom and personalized pieces are made to order, they are non-refundable. I kindly ask that you review all details before confirming your order. Should an error occur on my end, please let me know within 7 days of receiving your package, and I will happily make it right.

Do you take custom orders?

It is a pleasure to craft custom pieces to suit your personal style. If you have a vision for a specific apron, let’s connect and create something beautiful together. As these pieces are made to order, please allow for extra time in the process. I am also working hard to bring embroidery and monogramming to the shop shortly, so keep an eye out for those classic finishing touches!

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Certainly. As soon as your order leaves my studio, I will send you a tracking number via email. You may use this number to keep an eye on your package until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

How do your sales contribute to charity?

I believe in the power of giving. That is why I contribute $1 from every transaction to Compassion International—a cause I have been dedicated to since 2014. This organization provides vital humanitarian aid and development for children globally. I am so grateful to have your support in sustaining this important work
